Our team of exceptionally skilled craftspeople, conscientious contractors and talented tradespersons is headed up by company president Paige Lentz and General Manager Charles Bower.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Paige indulged her passion for creating spectacular new homes and renovating historic residences by becoming a licensed general contractor in the City and County of Denver as well as a licensed real estate agent and broker. Her academic and professional training are enhanced by her meticulous attention to detail, a trait many attribute to the woman’s touch she brings to the building industry. Paige is also OSHA certified, and is commited to sustainable design and construction. Several community organizations and philanthropic groups benefit from Paige’s dedicated work, and she will begin working on her masters degree in construction management in
the spring.

Charles Bower earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is a licensed building contractor, a licensed abatement contractor and earned OSHA certification. Charles’ background includes being the owner and general manager of an environmental contracting company. In addition to enhancing the operation and environmental commitment of Monarch with his expertise, Charles has earned a reputation in the industry for attention to details, the successful resolution of clients’ needs, and for delivering results on time and on budget.
