One of our Arts and Crafts-designed new homes won the Silver Award at the prestigious Home Builder's Association 2006 Bar Awards. The same year, another new Monarch home in Washington Park earned a Mayor's Award for Design Excellence. And, the Monarch home for sale at 431 S. Franklin is a finalist for the BAR Award from the HBA for “Best In-Fill Home of the Year.”

Perhaps our proudest achievement was assembling a crew who, together with Monarch, donated more than $80,000 worth of time and materials to reconstruct a home for a wheelchair-bound man and his wife. It improved their quality of life from existing in a house with three walls and one secure room, to living in a completed home with an accessible main-level kitchen and bath. The efforts of our team were honored by a CARE Award and the satisfaction of having helped someone in need in our community.

We are members of the Home Builder's Association of Metro Denver, the National Home Builder's Association, and Built-Green Colorado. Monarch is a proud supporter of the Home Builders Foundation, which provides accessible and improved housing environments for individuals and families affected by
long-term disabilities.
